What does the workplace of the future look like?
This is a burning question for businesses at the moment as they prepare for a new hybrid working world. Businesses know that they will need different leadership styles, different management structures to weave together remote working teams and have more possibility than ever to scale their businesses internationally.
To help businesses on this evolutionary path, on Tuesday 15th June from 11am to 1.30pm, the four Campus Innovation Centres across the three Connacht Ulster Alliance (CUA) partners are hosting a webinar, Scaling Your Business in a Hybrid Working World - Working Locally, Trading Globally.
Founder of The HR Suite, Caroline Reidy who offers specialist tailored and effective human resources, employment law and business solutions to over 500 clients throughout Ireland is guest speaker. Caroline is also author of ‘The Art of Asking the Right Questions” that provides top tips to people managers throughout the employment journey. Caroline will answer questions on how to attract talent in the west and north west for a scaling business, how you grow a team and understand the obligations you have as a remote employer and then how to maximise your remote working potential. She will look at key trends and offer top tips in a working environment.
Businesses will hear from business leaders through a panel discussion, Mayo based Paul McBride, Galway based Louise Foody – Kingspan, Elaine Murphy (Livetiles – Sligo based) and David Gildea – Druva – (Donegal based).
