Cyber Safety Workshop
There's almost no limit to what you can do online. The Internet makes it possible to access information quickly, communicate around the world, and much more. Unfortunately, the Internet is also home to certain risks, such as malware, spam, and phishing. If you want to stay safe online, you'll need to understand these risks and learn how to avoid them.
This Workshop is designed for the average person who uses the internet through various devices. Workshop attendees will learn the fundamentals of cyber security and how to protect themselves and their organisation from cyber-attack or personal attack.
This course is delivered by Paddy McHugh M.Sc., CEO of Compliplus. Paddy has been working in the compliance field for over 20 years. Paddy provides a practical lay-persons approach to both understanding the risks associated with the use of the internet and how to mitigate them.
The workshop will be interactive and questions can be fielded both during and at the end of the presentation.
