Disrupt by the Sea is taking place in the iconic pavilion venue at Rathmullan House, County Donegal. The 18th-century Georgian house, built by the local bishop in the 1760s, sits a few yards from the shores of Lough Swilly and is run by Mark and Mary Wheeler.
