At this hands-on workshop, team members from the Irish Tech Hub Network and Connected Hubs will explore how a hub can look to operationalise DEI best practices. Dogpatch will use the Inclusive Hubs Scorecard we developed as part of the award-winning Inclusive Hubs Playbook, to help hubs benchmark themselves and consider the breadth of DEI as it applies to startup hubs.

This curated event is perfect for Hub Managers, Community Managers, Hub Leads - and anyone responsible for supporting your physical and online community hub members.

Agenda:
Attendees will learn from a short 15-minute presenation on best practices, followed by an interactive workshop in smaller groups. You’ll hear from our D&I Team Lead Aisling Conlon, and our Director of Ecosystem Development Jake Phillips.
