Join us on Thursday 25th May at our first official Founders Event and meet our Founders Team, folks from our regional partners PorterShed, RDI Hub and Republic of Work, plus the NDRC Team.
We're delving into the importance of talent for innovation economies, the role of a strong co-founding team as a determinant of startup success, and how Founders aims to help aspiring entrepreneurs meet a co-founder and launch the next generation of globally impactful startups. Hear from leading entrepreneurs on the night including co-founders Áine Kerr and Mark Little of Kinzen, and Bobby Healy of Manna
More about Founders
Founders invests in people, not startups. The programme aims to bring together Ireland’s most exceptional individuals, of all disciplines and backgrounds, and offer a network to find a co-founder, build a startup, and pitch for €100k investment, culminating in an Investor Showcase of the newly created companies in March 2024.
Our programme is built on the belief that a well-balanced founding team is the most significant determinant of startup success. We want to remove the serendipity of finding a co-founder and create a cohort of diverse talent who have a mix of ambition, technical skills, domain expertise, and problem-solving ability to create innovative startups. Diversity of age and level of experience is welcomed, with the only pre-specific requisite for the programme being the ability to problem solve at pace and ambition to found a high-growth startup, what we term “founder potential”.
