The Centre for Smart Ageing is a space that brings together professionals who provide products, services & classes to help people improve their overall Health & Wellbeing.
Elevate
Elevate is here to help trainers, therapists & wellness professionals take their business to the next level by giving them flexible access to facilities, support and a growing community.
Our Event Space currently has a number of professionals doing classes such as Pilates, Qi Gong, Pregnancy Yoga and Positive Ageing Exercise Classes.
Professionals currently using our Treatment Rooms include a Reflexologist, a Massage Therapist and a Physiotherapist.
Digital Skills Lab
Our Digital Skills Lab bridges the Gap between Innovation & our Ageing Population, promoting Collaboration, Inclusion & Digital Transformation.
It was created to support our community as we transition through this digital age. Our monthly event will focus on building the digital skills of our community.
Our Facilitators are there to ensure this is done in an inclusive and supportive manner.
