We are a community owned, not for profit Social Enterprise Centre.  We were officially opened in 2000 and are located on the outskirts of Ardee town in County Louth, just off the Link Road to the M1.

We are a registered company and charity, and we boast Free Parking facilities & super-fast WIFI.

We have recently revamped our reception areas on the ground and first floor with 3 new Remote Working Spaces thanks to the 2021 Connected Hubs grant. It has given a whole new modern look to the Business Park, and we are thrilled with the result.

We have kitchen facilities with lifts to all floors. We also offer meeting rooms, commercial units, event rooms and 5 further new remote working spaces with wheelchair accessibility on the ground floor.

Ardee Business Park provides self-contained private office space to small businesses or start-ups on a medium to long term basis.
