The Edge in Bolbrook Tallaght is a new style incubation hub by Partas, offering 900 sq.m. of flexible co-working space and private rental office spaces for up to six people.

This project, which completed construction earlier this year, involved the redesign and refurbishment of an old boxing club and old community enterprise centre.

The physical space has been re-configured to maximise the range of accommodation provided – hot-desking; co-working; single private pods; multi-person units, hangout areas and a large communal space doubling as an artisan coffee house, also open to the public.

Located just beside the M50 in Bolbrook, Tallaght, the Edge is immersed in a green area, located beside the new Dodder footbridge into the Dodder Greenway, an ideal location for entrepreneurs, remote workers and start-ups looking for a professional but also friendly environment to run their businesses.

Sustainability is one of the main pillars of The Edge. Solar panels, heat pump with underfloor heating, heat recovery system with air exchange and full insulation are just a few of the latest tech in place to guarantee a low carbon footprint in the local community.
