General

• 10 person in board room format & 25 in tutorial format. Request must be made with the hub manager for tutoral format.
• Wifi access is provided through the Identity applicaiton. Download in advance and you will be sent a link to load your credential. This will give you door and Wifi access.

AV Equipment

• For Conference calls:
• Connect the HDMI and USB-Call cables to your device.
• Using the remote control or buttons on the front right of the TV select HDMI 2 as the source.
• Within your video conferencing software (Teams, Zoom & Google Meets) change your Mic, Speakers and Camera to the ‘Logi Rally Bar Mini’.

• For Touch Screen:
• Connecting wirelessly using ‘EShare’.
• Connect the device you wish to cast to the Wifi network Exit 4 Urlingford.
• Download the application relevant to your device:
• For Windows - Download EShare from Microsoft Store
• For Mac - IMirror from app store or cast using Screen Cast
• Open the App on your PC or Mac.
• Open the matching App on the Smart TV.
• Click ‘Mirror or Share’ to cast from your device to the screen.
• Connecting  with wires:
• Connect the HDMI and USB-Touch cables.
• Using the remote control or buttons on the front right of the TV select HDMI 2 as the source.
